  ARTICLE 1 - Orders
1.1 -  Check out
When you are ordering online, you declare to accept the order and the following sale conditions.



  ARTICLE 2 - Prices
2.1 -  The prices of our products are in Euro (€) Before VAT and without the shipping cost. The shipping cost is calculated after check out with respect to the shipping address.



  ARTICLE 3 - Availability
3.1 -  Availability displayed for each item indicates the delay we estimate to receive the product you have ordered. This estimation does not include the delay needed for your order delivery.




  ARTICLE 4 - Shipping
4.1 -  General matters
All the products are delivered to the shipping address you have indicated during the order process.
4.2 -  Delay
Delays depend of the shipping address.
4.3 -  Delivery issues
The buyer is responsible for the check in of the goods, any complaints should be addressed to the shipping company within 3 working days also inform Graphic Reseau in the same delay.
After one month from delivery date no items can be returned.
The returned item has to be unmodified and look like new. All the features like manuals, technical documents, wires and accessories have to be returned with the item in the original package.



  ARTICLE 5 - Payment
5.1 -  bank transfer and credit card payments are accepted.
IMPORTANT : If you select bank transfert, be sure that all the fee will be in your charge

7.1 -  Pictures and texts used in our documentation are not contractual. The responsibility of Graphic Réseau cannot be engaged if a mistake has been made concerning the pictures or texts.
7.2 - Limitation of liability
In no event, including, without limitation, negligence, shall Graphic Reseau be liable to you or any third party for any special, punitive, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, those resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not Graphic Reseau has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use of or the inability to use this site, its services, or materials, the statements or actions of any third party on or through the site, any dealings vendors or others third parties, any unauthorized access to or alternation of your transmissions or data, any information that is sent or received or not send or received, any failure to store or loss of data, files, or other content, any services available throught the site that are delayed or interrupted, or any web site referenced or linked to from this site.

9.1 -  Graphic Reseau won’t communicate any information concerning your personal data

According to this law, you can have access to your personal data, you can modified it. To accomplish that, you can make this request on line or by mail, you just have to indicate your name, first name, address and if it’s possible your customer number.



  ARTICLE 10 – Buy online : security and data protection
9.1 -  Graphic Reseau use the cyberplus system. Security payment is founded on authentification of the dealer, confidentiality and data exchange integrity.
Every single data is encrypted, none of your credit card data are stocked on our servers. We use 128 SSL as national and international regulation requirement.
Every Transaction is linked to an authorization via the Credit Card Network CB, It checks if the card exists, if it’s not blocked and if the account is credited.
