A titre d'information, voici quelques exemples de Service Call(liste non exhaustive)

Les Services Call indique qu'une erreur irrécupérable s’est produite ou le remplacement d’une pièce doit être effectué par un technicien de maintenance.
Notez le numéro affiché, puis mettez l’imprimante hors tension. Après avoir éteint l’appareil, contactez-nous et communiquez nous le numéro qui s’affiche à l’écran.


SERVICE CALL 0002 : Disorder of communication with the sub CPU
SERVICE CALL 0003 : Settings of DIPSW for machine type are wrong conbination.
SERVICE CALL 0008 : There is a problem with synchronizing serial communication to Sub CPU.
SERVICE CALL 0011 : Reading or writing to Non-volatile memory are failed.
SERVICE CALL 0012 : The power voltage does not achieve 41V at the time of turning the secondary power on.
SERVICE CALL 0013 : Initialization has not been performed.
SERVICE CALL 0101 : Limit Position Initialization is not carried out.
SERVICE CALL 0102 : Even though the machine carries out the regular movement, the output of Head Lock Sensor does not reach the expected value.
SERVICE CALL 0103 : Limit sensor does not work properly.
SERVICE CALL 0105 : The cut carriage and the print carriage are not attached properly.
SERVICE CALL 0106 : The cut carriage and the print carriage did not detach properly.
SERVICE CALL 0109 : Even though the machine carries out the regular movement, the output of the Wiper Sensor does not reach the expected value.
SERVICE CALL 0110 : Input value from Linear Encoder is not changed by the Linear Encoder origin setup. When Motor stops during printing, expected movement is not completed on some head.
SERVICE CALL 0111 : The position of the tool crop sensor is not properly adjusted.
SERVICE CALL 0112 : It is not possible to communicate with the Cartridge IC driver.
SERVICE CALL 0120 : There is a problem with Thermistor for Pre-Heater.
SERVICE CALL 0125 : Pre-Heater temperature has reached 60°C and above.
SERVICE CALL 0130 : There is a problem with Thermistor for Print Heater.
SERVICE CALL 0135 : Print Heater temperature has reached 60°C and above.
SERVICE CALL 0140 : There is a problem with Thermistor for dryer.
SERVICE CALL 0145 : Dryer temperature has reached 80°C and above.
SERVICE CALL 0146 : Option Dryer temperature has reached 80°C and above.
SERVICE CALL 0250 : Head device has detected a problem.
SERVICE CALL 0300 : There is a bad connection with Sub CPU on Head Board.
SERVICE CALL 0305 : AMP thermistor on the print carriage board detected high temperature.
SERVICE CALL 0310 : There is a bad connection with Sub CPU on Maintenance Board.
SERVICE CALL 0315 : There is a bad connection with Sub CPU on Pump Drive Board.
SERVICE CALL 0320 : There is a bad connection with Sub CPU on Ink System Board.
SERVICE CALL 0325 : There is a bad connection with Sub CPU on Ext I/F Board.
SERVICE CALL 0330 : Even though the machine carries out the regular movement, the output of Choke Valve Sensor does not reach the expected value.
SERVICE CALL 0340 : There is a problem with Media Clamp Sensor.
SERVICE CALL 0360 : The amount of load placed on the servo motor cannot be read correctly.
SERVICE CALL 0361 : Hall sensor of the scan motor is defective.
SERVICE CALL 0370 : The amount of load placed on the cut solenoid cannot be read correctly.
SERVICE CALL 0371 : Large load is placed on solenoid.
SERVICE CALL 0380 : Although the pressure pump has rotated certain times, ink is not supplied to the damper.
SERVICE CALL 0400 : Ink cannot be sucked or ink in the damper cannot be discharged properly .
SERVICE CALL 0420 : Auto middle pinch sensor does not work properly even if prescribed operation is performed.
SERVICE CALL 0430 : Both upper and lower sensors that detect UP/DOWN of the dancer bar for TU reacted at the same time.
SERVICE CALL 0470 : 24V is not output from the servo board. (Since the operation panel does not start up, the error can only be shown in the system report.)
SERVICE CALL 0480 : 24V is not supplied to the TU board.
